all you'd need to do is buy the tune from vince. He will email it to you. Once you get it, I can install the tune for you using the cable I have, saving you about $50.

OR... I can call vince and have him send me your tune and then you just come to me and we get it loaded up on your car.

Errrr I am shakint my head again. Why won't vince sale his software so people can tune themselves and actually tune instead saying there tuning ure car but are truly just loading a base tune and vince revises. Most peoplw with trifecta cables do not know what maf hertz stft, ltft, volumetric. Efficiency, ect . . So in all caeses do not need to be tuning or datalogging. I will give some people like byt, iambroke the very few that do tune my trust, but about 95% out there I wouldnt. Im not talking trash just the truth.

no one has the tuning software, as I believe. I just have a laptop and the program needed to run the tune on your car.

I understand wat your sayin.but just think if he sold the software to a guy that doesn't know wat he's doin an messes up somebody's ride,it could make vince look bad since he sold it to them.I think vince has it set up so that can't happen

Who said release/sell the software..? I know I didn't. I was just saying that I could save him about $50 due to not paying for the cable shipping and handling ON TOP OF the $200 deposit for the cable.

I guess I'm just missing your point..?

I did lol what I am meaning is most trifecta dealers have no idea of what tuning is or how. Data logging ect..... so what I am meaning ro say is vince needs to either train or not sale the cables.

I understand,be kinda difficult to train people in other parts of the country an there's still no guarantee they will do a good job.I like it this way cuz its alot less headache an make a lil cash to go towards the car.but I do see your point

LOL... all the data cable allows you to do is scan codes, data log and load tunes. Other than that, Vince does everything else.

And datalogging is not hard. Plug in. Click Start. Drive car. Click Stop.

There is more then thst in datalogging btw. U have to hit most cells at least more then 10 times if possible also u need to change different loads foreach cell, alzo different temps ect there's a lot in datalogging prob why most tunes I've seen that were trifecta were junk and so far off I laughed and ssid to the owner of the car wtf. Give me 100$ for the licensing fee and ill tunr u for free. Cuz thr tune was off bad prob because of what u said....Spring.

AFAIK the reason that there isn't a Trifecta suite is because he is using code from some other company and would legally/by design have to re-license it out to end users and possibly develop his own software for us to use. Probably has to do with $$/time in the end. I remember seeing a few threads over the last year or two for gaining interest on this but its usually pretty low. If I had to guess, it will cost more than 100$+ in order to get this.

You're not going to gain a lot in terms of power but you'll probably notice it. Most people do all of the bolt-ons and/or power adders before they get a tune because its more cost effective that way. Each time you change something it usually a good idea to re-evaluate the tune (sometimes an absolute requirement). Re-tunes for new mods generally cost ya in addition to the base tune. Before you buy the tune I would make a goal for what you realistically want from the cobalt and then find out how to get there.

Most people can't be satisfied with just an intake and a tune
