can you get it, and will it work? - YES
will you notice any gains - MORE THAN LIKELY NO
is it worth the time/money - NO

^hope that answers your questions. and the reason these guys bring up the cavy is that the 05 and 06 2.2 balts share a lot with the 04-05 cavi's as far as powerplant issues go.
now its quality post like this one that make me want to stay here... thanks very much for the run down and explaination... i wish it was this simple on any other thread to get a direct answer... very much appreciated if we had a rep system or thanks system on this forum i'd definately give you mad props

haha, np, you just asked a question, and for the most part the other guys answered it, just not all at once.

originaladrian has a lot of experience with the 2.2 as does Jn2, as he's attempeted nearly everything.

but you just got to the point of the question without asking a million other questions... like why do you want this or want to do that... haven't people ever heard of not answering a question with a question its very annoying... i don't ask ricer why they put a fart can on their car, i don't ask anyone why they do anything... its pretty odvious that it is because they wanted too.

eh, some of the senior members have seen some questions a hundred times and it gets frustrating to them, when you're around for a while, you'll start to notice that every time a new person joins, they all ask the same question instead of browsing around and finding it.

i however, am blessed with infinite patience, haha, and answer any question i come across that i am capable of answering.

there's nothing wrong with getting this ignition though, i plan on eventually gettin it just because it adds a smoothnees and consistency to the spark, but it's not really necessary.

thats just it, i did my research, but no one had a definetive answer in the older threads... that was main reason i asked... i've probably looked at every page of every thread on this forum that deals with something im curious about... i scan the pages with most of my freetime but usually those threads bring up more questions than direct answers.

the search function is fine, and to be honest its prob the best its going to get, With so much info/BS on CSS there is no better way to search. You pick up little tricks with time to how to use it more efficiently .

ive been a member of many a forum and its never been quite as bad as it is here... i know how to use the search function, its just the rules they set on this forum make things a bit more difficult... like the fact that it includes information in signatures...? why? leads to false searches if your keywords are in peoples signatures... rather stupid if you ask me.

^yuppers. it takes a lot of getting used to how people word their titles and stuff. Reign is always upset when people don't use descriptive titles for that reason.
