these r the 03 to 06 eco cams. u can get them through allecotec or turbotechracing
i had Marty Ladwig from gm racing do this for me since his race team is doing all my head work.
but you have to cut down the intake cam to fit into the 07 head. and then press that cam senor on.
charged me 200 for it

no i dont think u can order just the sensor by itself. best bet is to try and find an intake cam that has it at a junk yard.

ya u can email him. look up marty ladwig on myspace.
thats the easiest way u can get in touch with him

the cams that i got were the ones that comp sells which are for the older eco heads 04-06.
what has to happen is a machine shop has to take accurate measurements as to where the sensor is placed on the factory cam and then measure that onto the aftermarket cam. since the intake cam is shorter on the 07 and up they would cut off the excess cam to the right size for it to fit, since we dont have the old power steering box attached to the head. once it is cut the sensor is pressed onto the new cam.

what exactly are you looking for?
they will hold up just fine if you are talking about the structual integrity of the cam.
from the reading i have checked out from multiple forums is that the turbo grinds will generally reduce the rpm time for turbo spool by 1k in most cases. so if you have a gt35r that spools at say 4500 then itll drop it to around 3500 or somewhere in that range

ya blower cams would be your best bet if you arent looking for crazy power. stage 1 is bolt quality, stage 2 is going to be associated with head work, and stage 3 is for the upper hp range. i think it stretches into the 8k rpm if im not mistaken. but i would recommend the blower cams.
and i got my cams from allecotec.com, but you can also get them through ttr as well

Ok. I'm running a gt28 that spools around 2.8k and thats good for me. Is the turbo grind still the best for making power above 7k or a different grind?

what are your power goals? they are still probably the best because the next cam up is the stage 3's and like i said they are for really high top end power. if your looking for anywhere between 3-375 hp then ur fine with the turbo's

Possibly touching low 400's with a nice low end. I want it to be drivable and then turn the boost up for the track.
