also man are you thinking of running some supporting mods that will compliment the turbo, you know to make it a smoother ride?

for an auto you might want a tranny cooler, and tranny mounts.
Suspension wise your going to want to tighten up your suspension to get the power to the ground, such as springs/coilovers, strut bars, sway bars, and so on.

theres so many things you an do to help it out, because the base model wasnt designed for so much power. Im not really in the mood to list out everything that i would reccomend, plus theres not really any "Set" way on doing it. But thats the fun in it, be creative find out what works best

Auto trannys will heat up like a bitch if running forced induction. To battle that they have transmission coolers, basically what it does is exactly what you think it does, cools down your tranny

Oh and btw the injen wont work for you if you get a turbo kit.

not even close.

A boost cooler is if i think its what your thinking of known more as meth injection. What that does is supresses the detonation of the spark so you can get more air and fuel (boost) before detonation with better timing.

A tranny cooler, literally does with it says it does, Cools the line fluid in the tranny.

Not necessarily.

The more power, the harder the transmission will have to work to transfer power. It's not specifically cause of forced induction, it would be the same if it was a N/A car too.

But I think that's what you were trying to say as well lol

This isn't saying that you could never turbocharge your automatic

Just that a kit that says "manual only" won't fit yours.
Fitment wise it will fit the automatic. The reason they say MT Only is because they do not have a tranny tune yet, They have not released if their Advantage III will supports the cobalt(SCT's version of HPTuners) and have the ability to custom tune the ECM and TCM. They better because shop tune only would be complete Bullshit.
