I don't even know how to take this.....
got her started last night and everything was all good but I didn't get to test drive her cause I wanted to upload my latest tune with a bump in fueling before i drove off into the night. I have to upload the trans tune as well given I have a new tcm. sooooooo......
She runs for about 30 mins and i shut her down. let the engine cool for another 30 mins and I finally muster up the energy to go out and tune the car since I knew the battery was freshly charged. I set up the trifecta software as usual and it starts uploading my new tune.....then bam!.....without warning the software shuts down the upload and throws an error stating it can't find the ecm.
is the look I had on my face when this **** happened.
before anyone goes bashing trifecta I've uploaded dozens of tunes with no hiccups and have never had a problem with the software communicating with my car.
anyway, I tried time and again to get the software to communicate with the car and nothing happened. unplugged the laptop and pulled the data cable. soooo....already knowing what was gonna happen when I turned the key I did it anyway. absolutely nothing, everything goes black and the only sound you here is the fuel pump turn on, dash loses all its's lights, the DIC goes black and the lights even shut off as I turn the key to the ignition point.
well at least I know my engine is sound and not outta time and I had perfect vaccum before the ecm died....lol.

Damn spanky! that actually happened to one of my friends down here... He was able to re-tune his car and it worked fine. Try contacting Vince yet? I think he should be getting back in the office soon.

Damn, did you download the newest drivers before you started uploading the tune? I bought the wrong injectors from someone on the forums so I had to order the right ones brand new and I'm trying to sell the ones I have. Hopefully they get here along with my fuel pump by the weekend so I can feel the 17 psi!
