What size exhaust?

Well its time to start upgrading. With a turbo set up in the future what would be the best size exhaust to go with? Or would it be best to go with a pre made set up, like corsa, instead of custom? Thanks all.

sure go Corsa if you wanna spend $700 on an exhaust system

a 2.5" or 3" exhaust should be plenty for a turbo setup.

Well if i was going to get one made it would cost close to 700 as well, since its not cheap to get pipe mandrel bent. I was thinking of going custom because none of the pre assembled ones are over 2.5". I was thinking custom 2.5" custom exhaust, probably magnaflow. Sound like a good plan?

depends on how much you want to fab yourself. you can buy pre-bent pipe in good quality steel for pretty short money these days, but that takes a lot of home measuring and cutting and test fitting. either way, i think a shop that did performance exhaust could whip something up for well under 700 usd.

I was 380$ to install header, make a downpipe, install high flow cat, and to the entire exhaust 2.5 stainless mandrel bent, plus 200 for the muffler and install on that( had just a muffler at first) so it came out to about 580$ if you want a resonator about another 150.

I talked to a shop around my place and got a quote of 600 with muffler 2.5" and resonator if needed.
