will a ss/sc exhaust manifold help me

i wanted to know if it put a SS/SC exhaust manifold on my ls will it help me out in performance

yes i have just the downpipe off a stock ss/sc and i could tell a difference
here in a few days i am puttin the manifold on i will keep you posted on how the performance gains feels
