I'd still rather have an Lnf or lsj that was beat every mile of it's 30,000 mile life...

Yeah, that would be awesome for the next 5,000 miles til it blows up.

I've never had an issue... And ive yet to read about someone buying a used ss and it blowing up 5k miles later. I do know of someone who put 110,000 miles of daily abuse to their lsj and still had 0 issues when they went turbo.

I know of people selling theres with 30k-60k miles and people buying then for cheap with a clear title and when they get it the find out there running on 3 cylinders or the h/e is cracked, brakes are worn to metal. It's easy to buy something and find big problems later. They can clear the check engine light and it will come back after you pay for it. There's a lot of risk. I wouldn't trade my car for an SS. I'm happy with what I have.
