2.2 Supercharger Build WOT Problem
I installed ZZP 2.2 Supercharger kit and the car has major spark blowout whenever I floor it.
it has codes for the 02, maf, evap-purge. The car had these codes before but it appeared a pin was twisted in the ecm wire and broke off and believed it was setting off the 02 codes.
I gapped the plugs to .30 yet the problem persists.
I changed the maf yet it still throws a code for it after disconnecting the battery.
a couple of the intake manifold bolts stripped(hex)as I didn't have the right size. Don't see any oil or coolant problems. The idle is a little high and jumps up and down in park.
it also sais I need a crank relearn as it needed a new ecm. It has an exhaust leak by the downpipe. Any idea what could cause all this.

Damn that’s a lot of issues. Im betting you don’t actually have spark blowout but your tensioner has failed. Makes a bad fluttering noise.
i thought I had spark blowout too when I first went supercharged but it was my tensioner that failed. If you start the car and look at your tensioner you might see it moving excessively
