Ok guys I have a 2007 cobalt ls with 2.2 ecotec bought a 2009 cobalt ecotec motor but has 2 sensors on top of the engine on valve cover that my motor doesn't have other then that I have everything else was gonna put this motor in the 07 but not sure if these sensors will have any effect, I was thinking since my cars harness doesn't have them it's not gonna be able to read them so in theory would still run?
I already told you not to do this in the other thread you made. Those arent sensors those are solenoids that control the cam phasing. The engine will technically run in your car if you leave the cam sensor unplugged but it will get bad mpg and have no power.
Valves i'm in the same boat u need the computer that runs them there's a lot of wirin
