Electric Supercharger?

Anyone? I know what it does and how it works but does anyone have this mod? how much horse power are you gaining? Is it worth it?

Thanks.

Pictures would be awesome.

lol, that **** don't work. It just cancels itself out using energy from your car (more strain) just to put a little extra through the intake. Keep your money.

I thought so to, but it just puts more strain on your electrical system. like your alternator is connected through belts to the crank pulley right? so you step on the gas (keep in mind that the electric supercharger runs when your car is on and it does not have a butterfly aka bypass valve like the supercharger does. so your engine just works more to produce that extra air ALL the time. so in reality all those people that sell these "electric superchargers" just get rich off of people like you. save your money, trust me.

they also dont produce enough cfm to equal to what the engine also pulls in on most vehicles so really you only have boost at idle lol

Just an FYI for those of you saying 'No electric supercharger can produce HP' and 'It will only provide boost at idle' etc etc..

Check out Thomas Knight Electric Superchargers.
They produce 20psi boost, and led to a 100% increase in HP in an Altima.

Yes.. they are stupid expensive, but they are out there and some of them work well.
