Not really, at this point he's being an outright dick. In the beginning, I only got 2 or 3 updated tunes like the rest of you. He actually talked me into trying this as an experiment and I paid for an updated tune and I have had this **** MAP and **** tune installed for 4 weeks.

On top of that, because I have a lean code, it keeps setting a CEL and I can't ******* get my car inspected because of it. I tried to tell him this and he could give a **** less.

Gene, calm down dude...

...I emailed him a week ago and still don't have a response - and my last two tanks of gas have TERRIBLE gas mileage...

In my opinion, he doesn't care and he doesn't give a ****.

Do you think if he weren't the only person tuning these cars and that if someone else did this service that they would make their customers wait as long as he does? I mean, he should just finish up his old tunes and move on about his business before he takes money for new tunes.

In other words, just because he is good at what he does doesn't mean I should wait until my car has 100,000 ******* miles on it to get another tune.

It probably takes the guy less than 10 minutes to adjust the tune. He needs to quit ******* around.

Thanks for the support. I emailed today and asked if I would have an updated tune for the weekend and he said yes, but it has been hours and nothing. So, I am assuming I'm going to go without an updated tune again for a few more days.

Vince sent an updated tune last night. I took the car out for a drive and it still isn't right. The fuel trims are messed up still. From my end, it doesn't seem as if anything was done, but I'm sure he did something. I sent a datalog today.

He sent me my updated tune two days ago (he apologized for the wait), but I haven't had the chance to upload it yet...

Since I been reading this thread from the beginning I would assume he has a manual. He talks about doing pulls in certain gears so I say Manual.

He is pretty busy, I'm thinking. He takes a while to respond to me sometimes too.

Sometimes I think he gets sick of us two, hahaha.

Maybe Vince does get stick of us. At least someone was able to get him on the phone... lol.

He sent me a new tune today. I am not getting any power enrichment now. It feels like it has more ***** now, but I am not going to get on it until the power enrichment is fixed. The fuel trims are much better and it is not popping through the exhaust any longer.

I talk to him from time to time just about life and our own projects and such, usually on MSN messenger. He's an E-buddy i guess....lol

You're priviliged, lol.

Vince says I'm not getting any PE because my MAP isn't going above 85kpa. He asked if I switched back MAPs and I said no. He wants me to read the MAPkpa and my boost and all and see what happens. This is frustrating... not on the part of Vince, but on my complex car.

Well it might not be that bad.

Vince sounded like he felt like I changed the MAP sensor back to the original.. and to make a long story short, I think I installed the tune from when he was finished with my 1 bar MAP.

I redownloaded the lastest tune that he sent and installed and my fuel trims are much better and I have power enrichment... so I think I made a mistake.

It still needs a little bit of work, but now we're closer.
