Wait a local Balt that wants to be turbo like me? Where are you in the WNY area I'm in Clarence. I plan on turboing then after a bit building the engine. Talk to Noorj he's at UB and is at 320/299 HP/TQ with the stock 06 LE5, we have the same head and he does his own tuning. He's in the process of an engine build.

Stock block ill hold untill around 250hp < this is where my balts at
To get 380 hp you need
piston / rods
valve springs
port and poished head < up to you but smoother the air flow the better
Arp main studs and head studs
MLS head gasket
upgraded cluch and pressure plate
tranny should hold
for over 400 hp you need
re sleeve your block sleeve usaly go at 400hp
new crank i think it also goes at 400hp
built tranny
bigger valve springs
cams
ort and polished head and valve job
stronger valves, oversized if possible < depends on how far passed 400hp
better cluch and pressure plate < depends on how far passed 400hp
im sure theres more to each list but just to give you a idea what your looking at if you need more info google the chevy cobalt build book it will tell you everything you need to know about building these motors
