Running rough in rain

I've heard in other forums that people are having issues with their cobalt running horrible in rain and im wondering if anyone has figured out the problem. If anyone can shed light on the issue itd be much appreciated. Im running an 09 2.2 with CAI and no O2 sensors. Car runs beautifully when dry.

More than likely it's a bad ground. My car has the same issue and it's an 07 G5.
