Supercharged G5 up and running (kind of)
Yes i sure did.
I hooked up the car to the laptop again and went in to the sensor data.
1st off I can rule out the MAF wiring, I switched the tans and the sensor data was showing 302* intake temp, Then I switched the wires back and it read 98* so it is in fact correct from the start.
2nd, I cut the my solders for the throttle body and re-soldered them, they too were correctly wired-
After the re-solder I did get 4 out of 6 successful starts
Here is some of the data I pulled at idle
Absolute throttle position 16.1%
@ reving to 3,000 it went to 29%
Timing advance ranged from 7 to 14
Intake Manifold pressure is 4.4 inHg at idle
Airflow rate is .4 lbs min at idle
rpms ranged form 650 to 684 at idle
Fuel system status Closed loop (I dont know what that means)
next up is the MAP, I will try putting the stock 1 bar in and see what happens (Tomorrow)
After that my guess is the TB is crap or its a tuning issue? or something else fuel related

its the tb Im pretty sure of it now
I emailed the company who sells the 6 to 8pin harness for the TB
Hello, I have looked at the diagram you sent and if you have wired your Throttle body like this diagram you probably have a wide open throttle condition as soon as you start the car. There is more to be rewired than just the 5v & Low ref. The diagram you sent is NOT Correct. I know our plug-n-play adapter seems a bit expensive but the reason for the cost is that GM/Delphi-Packard do not make a mating connector for the 6-pin harness so the connector on our harness is custom manufactured at a fairly high cost to us.
Hope this helps,

you got issues brotha. you got a massive vac leak. You should be seeing 20-25ish inHg at idle.
either a vac leak or your tb is almost wide open.
Intake Manifold pressure is 4.4 inHg at idle
Airflow rate is .4 lbs min at idle
These two things contradic eachother, so if there is only 4.4 inhg of vac, that means the tb should be open saying thatthere should be more than .4 lbs/min @idle. Make sense?

If you look at the data again, you see my throttle position @ idle is 16% it should be more like 6%
its a possibility thou the wiring company did say my wiring was in fact wrong. The again it could of been a sales picth who know that corporate world is fucked like that.
The question is what would cause it to be-able to run, but then after turning it off a couple times it just cranks, and then the car cant start for a long period of time, ex when we had to push the car home, its puzzling.
it cant be the injectors since the car is running when I can get it on?
The only variables that I know are different from my build then the others, is the 2 bar map, But Can that cause a hard start?
There is no vacuum leak, its reading at 20.
Wiring is all in check and the only things messed with wire wise, are the injectors harness(which is reading a correct positve and ground on the meter), map harness and throttle body, The throttle harness is now with the plug and play adapter so I can rule that out.
thinking cap.......

But I do have a question , the gray spacers, should they be in the blcok 1st then push in the fuel rail with injectors in, or should they be on the injectors 1st and then seat them in all attached?
its solid, I even used the lsj fuel rail since the 2.2's wont seat them down fully.
