Tuning

Hey I have a 99 cavalier with a fully built 08 colbolt ss engine, and a stage 3 pulley, I currently have the pulley off right now until I can get it tuned, I am fairly new to the car community and don't know too much. I am looking for information on what I need to get a tune, and where I should go to maybe get a remote tune.

Well, If you swapped a whole donor 08 ss into a 99 cavalier including the VCM (ecm, tcm, bcm) , I would recommend Hptuners device as your tuning method. Join their forum, lots of info there and tuners.
ZZP offers remote tuning, Over the top performance offers it as-well. Lot of well known, reputable tuner's on this site as-well.

Your thread isn't that appropriate in a LAP section , trying posting something under, 'Engine- Technical- Tuning '

Well, if it's an 08, it would be an LNF, but he wants tuning help, so either or. Either way, I think we would need a full list of everything done to the engine. I want pictures, to have that engine in a Cavalier would be pretty epic.

DI LNF with a stage 3 pulley? Would have to be an LE5 with a blower, I think.. but anything’s possible.
tuned in for pics

Yeah, I'm an idiot. SS doesn't automatically mean LNF; Although twin charged would be very fun as well since a few guys have done so.

Buuuuut in 2008, there wasn't a 2.4L SS... it was called the "Sport" that year. My guess is that it's actually an LSJ. But who knows at this point.

Tune for my 2.2 LAP?

Hey guys! I’m about to start installing the LSJ M62 S/C onto my 2.2 LAP auto trans. I have a couple of questions to ask, first of all, is there anyone on here I can meet up with (I’m in Phoenix, AZ) that can tune the correct tune for when I do the install? I’m willing to pay of course, I’m trying to find a way to get a decent tune for a fair price Lol
