In case anyone wanted to know I'm 98% our stock springs are safe to 7000 PER GM . I had in a 2010 eqinox that had a complaint so I had to do some high rpm engine running. Found out the cut is at 7K. Thats the LAF 2.4. I crossed the part numbers on the LAF,LNF,LAP all the engines use the same valve springs and the LNF,LAF use same valves, at least the intakes. both of those are GDI engines so im guessing thats the difference? Anyway I no longer feel so uneasy turning more rpms than intended.
