i just threw in the injector cleaner, it might help. but like i said i found a small vacuum leak from the boost nipple, and when i fixed it the problem improved quite a bit. i also ordered a new injector seal kit because i have a feeling my o-rings might be worn out

thanks for the info guys, ill look into the fuel filter, and cleaning the system, as well as cleaning out my maf sensor, i know its not my wiring job from doing the build cause the car was running beautifully before and was able to hit 14psi with no problems, so something has to have changed since the build was done, and with my old bumper water was able to get to my filter real easily and it was taking some in, which like before leads me to belive its a dirty maf sensor

I have heard somthing interesting since though. when I went to the RKC super show last summer I had a conversation with some of the guys from GMTT who said using the LSJ parts caused problems and that using the stock 2.2 MAP and TB is best but in order to do so they said you needed to bore out the screw holes for the 2.2 TB to make it fit but that it would fit they also said to use the stock map you had to have vince tune the car to make it calculate the fuel using the MAF insted of the MAP so you only use the MAP at idle. one other thing they said was never to cut the wires but insted to unravle the harnes to reach the proper locations. Im not sure on weather or not this would help but I just thought It would be good to mention it. that would at least rule out some problems. also I just wanted to ask if you were using spark plugs one or two degrees colder? if so are they for your engine? I have heard using LSJ plugs also causes problems

Anyone have any other input or comments on any of this?

go back and soder them it might not solve the problem but its always a good idea to make sure to secure the wireing and get some heatshrink on them not tape everything you need to do that you can get at radio shack

your not by chance using NGK BKR7E are you? Because NGK BKR7E are for the LSJ. for the 2.2 you want one degree colder NGK LTR6IX-11 but they are more expensive you can get them from ottp
NGK Iridium IX Spark Plugs

i have 60 lb injectors for plug and play and i got a tb harness 6pin to 8 pin so there is no cutting and im using stock map sensor so by not having to rewire anything i hope those issues dont happen to me.

remember you should not use LSJ plugs with your builds, LSJ plugs are shorter and dont reach the proper length into the combustion chamber thats why I said in post 39 not to use NGK BKR7E spark plugs
