For a 2.4L Auto, difference from 07 to 08?

 

The only 08 Sport I've had a chance to look at had an ECM with only 2-top-to-bottom connectors, whereas my 07 SS/NA's ECM has 3-top-to bottom connectors (not including the TCM connectors).

It is interesting to note that the Jet performance modules fit both the 07 and 08 ECMs...so it appears the middle conector on the 07 ECM is the same as the bottom connector of the 08 ECM.

 

enough is different that no software or anything like that can be swapped between them.

 

07 and prior can be tuned with HPTuners, 08 can't........yet

LS2 edit claims to be able to tune the 08's, if that is why you are asking.
