I owned a 2.2 for 6 months before I traded it in for my 2.4 SS. I just wasn't happy with the 2.2, but then again I only had the base model.

At the time I bought my 2.2, the 2.4 didn't exist or else I would have bought it. I didn't get the 2.0ss b/c I wanted atleast one of the cars to be an auto.

I loved the 2.4 compared to my 2.2 because it had the basics which my base 2.2 didn't...power windows, actual rims (not hub caps) and it had a decent amount more of "get up and go"

My 2.2 ran a 16.5 in the 1/4 and the best to date for my 2.4 is a 15.7 so almost a full second faster...I'm happy with my decision

 

thats awsome dude yeah i think the 2.4 didnt come out till march 06, i love mine and im happy cuz now we can turbo it. but now i have to get rid of my intake and header which cost me like 500 bucks for both combined darn. well good luck.
