2.4 camshaft ?

hey guys, just wondering if anyone out there has installed the jbp triflow into their balt. if so, what kinda gains did u see and if u dont mind, what other mods have u put on? thanks

ya i was thinkin of eventually throwing on the hahn turbo and was just trying to see what other goodies i can add to see some decent gains. on the other hand i could just do an engine build.....shouldnt be too hard

G5Mike installed the triflow cams in his 2.4 -- look for his posts. Haven't seen any posts by him for a while now.

Mike claimed 224 whp and that he could keep up with stage 2 cobalts and turbo cobalts. When someone else argued with him about it he stopped posting.

is he even still on here? i havent seen ANYTHING new from the guy in such a long time. i would really appreciate help from him. if i could keep up with even some of the ss/sc's before i turbo my balt, just think of after i throw a kit on there too

mike got ride of the car a while ago......ask cobezzy about the cams. Also another guy from cali dynoed 203whp with bolt-ons and the cams

I would put money on those been ss/sc 18's on sportlines. looks just like my car except for the color scheme on the wheels.

Yes! I just saw it in your gallery. It looks beautiful! How much did it cost to get it and get it colormatched? Def gonna do that in the future when I get the money.

Also, what %tint do you have?

uhhhh, not sure what % tint....got it from the dealer like that. and the cost of the hood itself was like 900 including shipping + tax. then to get it installed and painted it was about 500. if u got that spare money to blow, i say go for it! lol.
