2.4 DYno?

Are there any 2.4 dyno sheets or any common knowledge of what they are at the wheels stock ( or with minor mods)

If you check out the performance technical section on solsticeforum.com there is a sticky thread with dyno numbers. Those values of course are going to be lower then what you get on a Cobalt due to the Solstice being RWD. The Solstice sees about a 21% loss in flywheel verse wheel HP netting on average 140HP to the wheels.

I'd really like to see some non-Solstice graphs though because we have a really nasty dip in torque about 3500 RPM that we're trying to determine the cause of on all the cars.

I thought that since the 2.0 S/C was underrated that the 2.2 and 2.4 might be as well.

ONLY the 2.0L is underated. That's also due to the nature of forced induction as well. Forced induction motors are able to work much more efficiently then a NA engine which looses a lot more power under load.

The GM official engine dyno. Which since people seemed to be confused by flywheel adn wheel horsepower, this is the engines rated flywheel power which is the value before drivetrain loss which becomes the wheel horse power.
