that poor red car is a GTO? i was thinking it was a riced out gran prix.... why oh why did GM ever add those ugly scoops?

haha yes I beat the crap out of it. When you go from riding in a low 13 second/high 12 second car to riding in a high 15 second car, it kind of feels like you're not really going anywhere...lol

as for the fiance, he enjoys his weekly spankings....lol

 

lol, i always had the 115hp/2000lb kinda car, so this thing seems like a rocket ship that you have to work to drive. it's all relative.

 

I feel like crap. I get 25mpg if I'm lucky using mid grade ( I would like to use the premium, but well lets face it, I don't crap money ) is that bad? I have the chevy racing exhaust on mine, could that be it? it's a 2dr 5spd, so I'd think I would get around 30. I had a yellow LS that was a lemon and returned it but that was getting around 32mpg on a good day (also I do a lot of road driving at night ) so I don't know, I usually do around 75 on the highway, but lately I've been pushing it to see, and doin aroun 120 on the way home, and the mpg haven't dropped a bit....what the heck do you call that?

 

My car get about 29mpg on a good day doin 100kmh in 5th, and about 28.5 doin 130kmh for 1000kms non stop, I have 21000km on this car, gm keeps telling me it will smarten up but I have yet to see any real improvements. any ideas?

 

Try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for about 10 minutes before reconnecting it. It may help by resetting the ECU. Are you resetting the MPG on the DIC? Also, I only use 93 octane fuel.
