2.4 K&N Typhoon

Trying to find a decent deal on a K&N Typhoon SRI. Would the 2.2 version work on the 2.4 as well?

Theres what I am looking at.

I've checked around pretty good and havent found any real good deals.

Does the 2.2 intake fit? I've heard it didn't, it rubs or something, or that the MAF sensor input was a differnet shape, could be bull, but I'd just double check that
