Question 2.4 LE5 automatic tran Supercharge?

Hey there. I've had my 07 cobalt ss for a little over a year, just an automatic 2.4 eco, and I was wondering if a bolt on super charger would work. Would the manifold hold up, would I have to swap out for a different tranny? I know the 2.4 can hold roughly 300hp, just curious, and don't know too much on these matters lol.

The manifold would be specific to the supercharger kit and would be fine. Exhaust would be a restriction. Can't speak for the auto trans reliability in stock form.

Yes, I've worked on a TVS supercharged 2.4 car with an auto, it works just fine and is pretty stout. Weird feeling the auto with that power but it's been very reliable.

You're good man, just don't go over 10psi or 300HP.
