Gray - Bracket and Idler from Rebel

notice the lack of washer fluid connection in the last picture! i'll have to get a LSJ reservoir to put in the fender wall

just a question does the supercharger spin the same way as on a 2.0? because if not there is the problem
also when boost from the manifold goes into the bypass actuator it opens it up. thats why on a 2.0 it goes to a solinoid that doesnt release presure to the actuator untill 12 psi

Thanks for the kind words everyone on the install. Like I said before we worked hard to make this thing look like a bone stock lsj car, and we're very happy with the result

Supercharger definitely spins the same way as the lsj. Already on the tail of the boosting problem... as soon as pjk91 brings her back into the shop we will have the problem solved!!! look for updates next week...very excited to see the final numbers as im sure you all are as well. Again thanks for the kind words

It looks different because we cut a rib off.

The intake is the stock intake off a 2.0 ss/sc. Still waiting on my RD Fabs intake to come in. I have a 2.0 ss/sc TB coming in too, but it's not completely necessary. I got it on eBay cheap.

I said they weren't completely necessary although they could simplify things a little. Which could mean an hour less of paid labor if you're paying someone to install.

I paid $25.

Honestly, probably not. Based on some of the questions you have been asking, I would say no. You're looking at 10-12 hrs of labor depending on how clean you want the install to be.

That's why I'm giving you a rough idea. 8-12hrs of labor.

btw the stock LSJ throttle body is a direct fit for the wiring harness used with the stock 2.4 throttle body. i hooked up the LSJ TB and pressed the gas pedal and the butterfly opens hah

i dont mean to be a buzz kill but this info is completely wrong

i had the lsj TB hooked up as well and when i tried to turn the car over the first time it started and then immediately shut of, it triggered 3 engine codes, all TB related.
the DIC then read "Engine Power Reduced" and "Engine Disabled" it would flash between the 2 messages.

the wiring connector is a direct fit, but the lsj TB was pinned differently from the factory.

you cant just slap the TB on there and expect it run perfectly it has to be tuned for it. Was your setup tuned for the larger TB? I threw the TB on and it also went into limp mode but i was not at all suprised. If the TB were pinned differently i doubt the throttle body would function like it did.

Is there a SC "kit" anywhere that fits pretty well on the 2.4?
