So did you get the boosting issue fixed? Do you believe it has anything to do with the solenoid not recognizing actual throttle position and engine load?

Just an idea.

We believe it has something to do with that solenoid. We have a solution in the works, going to test it out on Friday when I head over to SMG. Don't wanna blow the motor if it does all of a sudden start boosting 7psi after I fix it. It's not tuned for 7psi, only the mediocre 2psi it's putting out now. (Which makes the car pretty ballsy for the 2psi its pushing...)!

LOL, the quote you have in your signature. Should they shoot themselves or were they making a joke?

I dont remember exactly. Take the long ones your ordered and cut them about 25mm or so? Screw them in all the way, mark it, take it out and cut where you need to. Fred may have the measurement...I'll check.

I figured out the LC-1 I think. If the readings are correct, I'm running pig rich in boost with AFR's in the low 10's to low 11's. I'm going to attempt to log some pulls on the way home from UNH today, and see what it tells me. When I'm not in boost, it's basically steady at 14.7/14.6/14.8.

Keep in mind, this is a really rough tune because what's the sense in going through a full tune at 2lbs? We haven't fixed the boost problem YET. Going to do the full tune on Friday when we put in the fix.

Got Your message today... def. do a recal on the lc1 to make sure its all good... cause i know the dyno sheet shows some leaner numbers BUT... the prob was also reading through the CAT so... we'll keep that number all realative. Good to see its more than safe for when we turn the boost up

here's a pretty good shot of the AFR's on a second gear pull to redline

The blip right before the afr's nose dive is when I downshifted from 3rd to 2nd and then at 23.92 you can see it at 10.01 afr and then at the end of the 2nd gear pull you see the 10.29, and then I shifted into third and let off the gas, then shifted to 5th and cruised...

It was a 55mph zone coming from a 30mph zone, if I kept going deep into third then I'd be going way over the limit and I don't need a ticket.

You don't need that. Everything works great, minus the fact it's boosting only 2lbs. Tomorrow I will have time to work on it. It pulls hard for 2lbs.

in order to get the oversized idler pulley to fit what did you need to trim?

the one from Rebel? The bracket itself needed to be rounded off on the corners. A die grinder will be your friend at this part.

The intake manifold needed to be grinded a bit too. So while you got the grinder out, grind that down too. Do you know where?

I'll see if I can get a pic today. I'm not sure what extra idler you are referring to.

the supercharger blocks where we grinded you can barely see it.

I wasn't able to get the car up to 7lbs today. They dyno guy had some issues, and we had to postpone until next Friday. 2lbs is a tease!

A mild port job, pistons, and then an exhaust. Then dropping the pulley to a 3.0.
