We can only guess what we are going to hit WHP. I have no idea what I'll get. I'm going with a completely stock 2.4 motor with the M62 components and I'll see what I can get out of that. I also have the 42lb'ers because I definitely plan on upgrading in the future.

I have the 34'ers as well. I originally bought those because I was going to do a N/A build but then this option came up so I'm going to stick with the 42'ers.

I'm putting in the LC-1 right now. It's taking way longer than I wanted it to because:
1) Couldn't find electrical tape ANYWHERE in the house
2) Couldn't find a 7/8" open end ANYWHERE ARRGGHHHHH
but I'm ok now. Just waiting for a second set of hands to come help pull the wire.
Believe it or not, still doing the LC-1. There are quite a few wires to extend in their harness, solder at each point, and then find the input on the ecu....

Last night we got the Intake manifold and new alternator on. Got the belt off too. Realized that the intake manifold that I purchased is missing a bracket that is at the bottom of it that braces the manifold against the block.
The LC-1 was a nightmare. I rigged it temporarily just to calibrate the sensor, and I THINK it calibrated. But I don't know for sure. It's reading 14.9 (shouldn't it be 14.7?) on the guage with the motor not even running so it isn't calibrated perfectly which bothers me but whatever. I will fix that later.
Many other things came up. Will post back later. Need to go shopping for some bolts.

Well guys, today completed my build. This is not something that can be done if:
1) You have never worked with HPT
2) Never used a tap
3) Never installed a supercharger before
It's really disappointing, but I'm gonna call it quits and take the car to a local shop that deals with Ecotecs on a regular basis. At one point, we used a torch to bend the dipstick (definitely not in the instructions) to make the Intake Manifold fit. There was grinding involved. Specific torques are required. Stuff I don't know, and the local stealership didn't want to give me.
I could go on for a really long time. I had one issue to deal with after another. Plus, classes start for me next week and I need it to WORK not sorta work.
I'll start a new thread when it's on, and all running.

Yeah I have Rebel's instructions. Personally, I don't think they were as clear as they should have been but Rebel claims that their instructions have been given to others and they are doing fine with them.
I was about 60% done with everything when I realized I didn't have the time to finish it by the end of today and running reliably for me to go back to work tomorrow and classes on Tuesday.
I have HPT but have never used. I got to the part where you change the injector size in there but after that I would have no idea what to do.

See I'm not even sure if the LC-1 is working properly. My ground was messed up when I first hooked it up, so it went half way through the calibration cycle and then it shut off when I bumped the ground and it unplugged. I know, it wasn't supposed to be a permanent hookup. It was supposed to be temporary only for the LC-1 to calibrate itself then I would permanently install the power and grounds where I wanted them.
Now, the guage is reading 14.9 with the motor off and the sensor in free air (not in the bung). I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that it's ok because atmosphere is 14.7 so it is off by .2 . I bet if I recalibrated, I would get it down to 14.7. Correct me if I am wrong.
