IF you knew anything, 2.4's favorably run 150whp stock and LSJ's (aka SS Supercharged) run anywhere from 210 to 230whp stock. If you can do that math please come back and let me know. Do research before you argue with someone on something you clearly know nothing about.

First start off researching Ralliartist. Here i've done it for you. This is his mod list.
Stock intake, long block, pulley, NO INTERNAL WORK!
Pacesetter header
Custom 2.5" downpipe
2.5" cutout at the end of the downpipe
75/25 meth mix
GM dual pass
CXRacing front mount Heat Exchanger
DIY tranny mounts
26"x10.5"x16" MT ET STREETS mounted on 16"x7.5" rims.
42lb injectors
Drag bags
custom tune by area47

Basically nothing but cooling mods, please again dont argue that exhaust is a huge factor of a mod because its really not, 4 banger Honda boys seem to think so.

90% cooling mods, some tires, and a tune. NO SUPERCHARGER WORK DONE. Broke into 12's. End of discussion.

Is there anything else you would like to discuss?
not to threadjack, but your post is really funny. a header/downpipe is a pretty big deal with the supercharged cobalt's, as the stock ones suck. and those, injectors, a smaller pulley, and a tune aren't cooling mods. thats general work, that doesn't fall into the 'cooling' or 'stock' category. but they do add a lot of power. i added a header/downpipe/catback to my stage 2 ss/sc, made a difference. and exhaust helps with that whole flow thing.

also, wasn't ralliartist just called out as making **** up? mainly with drag times?

i haven't been caught. have only really been stupid once, which was the other day. got sick of a new civic si egging me on at about 60mph (i was stuck behind some slow idiot doing 60 in the left lane on the highway where it's 65). dropped it to third, went chasing after the si. he got a big jump on me before i decided to be dumb, once i floored it, he stopped pulling, and we were slowly pulling him back in. stopped at 120. felt like an idiot for doing that since.

You misread and theres a few errors in your judgment. he has no supercharger mods, there is no pulley upgrades. he's running stock supercharger with nothing done to it at all. the header/downpipe DO count as a cooling mod because they let out the backpressure that would otherwise be heating up the engine and creating higher IAT2's. Same with the injectors, he upgraded the injectors as a cooling mod because they allow the engine to accept more fuel and "do less work" and prevent from overworking the stock injectors too much. The LSJ loves to be cooled and when it is as cold as possible then it will accept pulley upgrades and other mods a lot more and produce more power. But in Ralliartists case he just wanted to prove something with nothing but cooling mods, a tune, and some non-stock tires. He was trying to prove that cooling the LSJ was extremely important and proved to provide a new way to mod effectively instead of just slapping on a smaller pulley and a tune like most people do.

Anyone caught racing deserves it because they shouldn't be racing on public roads to begin with. It's dangerous. Keep racing for the track.
