This product has nothing to do with adding horsepower and as reliability, as long as u don't beat on ur car you should have no problems.

I have a used one. i ran it for years on my 2004 Cavalier. let me know if you are interested. I can maybe save you a few more bucks.

I am still driving the cavalier but (for the winter) but took it out since we were planning to sell the car. let me know if you are interested. I read a lot about it before I got one and never heard anything bad about them. I used to run one in my S10 blazer before that never had an issue.

Just increases line pressure, which is lowered originally to give smoother shifts/allow slip for the average driver. You'll be fine with them light mods.

Just get a tune. For the same money you will get more power and reliable power. Use the search on the forum. You can't piggyback the ECU in this car. Their product cannot work; it's impossible. IMO all of Jet's products are trash, at least for the cobalt.

I have it on my 06 sedan. I love it as a cheap upgrade! It is probably the most fun you can get out of $35. I improved my quarter mile time by a second. Go through TTR or Ebay. I was able to find mine for $32 shipped. It won't hurt your tranny. It may scare the **** out of you thought when you start it in Stage II and shift in into drive the first time though!

god damn im excited to install mine, doing that plus 2.4 intake and HP tune this month at some point. (decided to have option to keep tranny shifting stock, rather than to tune for it and have quick shifts all the time, in case the wife takes the car)
