bolt on 2.4 dyno numbers
ok so i got my car dyno'd this past weekend. i put down 164whp. it was on a dynocom dyno. this was with ZZP midlength 1.5" primaries, 2.5" catless dp, delete resonator, and flowmaster 40 series, also have a K&N typhoon intake. i'm an auto which also sucks.
I had dyno'd before on a mustang dyno which typically reads lower than most all other dynos if not all of them and i put down 129whp with just the intake.
i will be going at the end of the month again after i get my trifecta tune just to get numbers on what that is. i have my dyno graph for the 129 pull, have't gotten the email from the place this past weekend here's the video but it doesn't show the graph, just the run.

Thats not too bad I would have thought higher even on mustang dyno with 170hp stock I would have been thinking mid 150's however tuning is almost necessary. The computer can compensate but if you want the most out of tune is needed.

oh well. i could careless what the actual numbers are a track to me is a better gauge of how much your car actually improved. but i just wanted to see how much of an improvement i got with the header/dp, and exhuast modifications i made. and then i will dyno again after i am tuned.

Except GM's SAE Certified Engine dyno.
If you think about it, 171 hp isn't bad at all.
