Ok guys,

I've searched high and low on this website and others. Could someone tell me for the love of whatever you believe in, WHAT is the compression value (in PSI) for the LE5 2.4 liter ecotec in a early NA SS?

I've read on this website, from 125 psi all the way up to the 225 psi range. I mean there's gotta be the factory specs somewhere?

If someone can chime in that would be much appreciated!

 

Nobody know this? Or a source that does? Anyone with a service manual out there that will say this in the specifications?


I had a cobalt 3 years ago, sold it and I just bought another one (used of course), I just want to make sure the engine is in good health.

I would really appreciate if anyone can chime in on this.
