lol. So I order a 6 rib pulley from Summit and it ends up being 2.18 od instead of the 2.25 as advertised...I guess that will be ok, but I didn't want to spin the alt any faster. Its only ~3%, but now I will be spinning it backwards so I didn't want to overdrive it since the fan blades are not cooling it as well now.

Thanks to CSS members I have all the parts on the way. Hopefully have it back together next week when everything arrives.

Why did you buy the LSJ alt? Its actually cheaper than the l61 or le5 alt at autozone and the one in my car ended up being from rock auto that was like 95 bucks irrc.

I think you meant why didn't I? A 6 rib pulley was $15 shipped. It was spec'd to be a direct replacement, but their info is slightly off. I'll keep that in mind if I have an issue, though I read about a lot of other people who have done this on other platforms with no issues.

Yeah I meant didnt. My alt finally kicked the bucket at 95k miles with 20 of that spinning backwards. So it takes some time. But if you like live in Arizona or somewhere else hot it'll happen faster than that.
