I tried searching and googling i need to find a new rear downpipe gasket the one that came with my dp blew apart and now ive got a nasty leak and i dont really want the same one that came with it. i got the dp from CA and the gasket for the header to the dp is awesome no problems there but the rear sucks so any ideas would be awesome....

 

crate engine depot has them.

 

Are you talking about the donut gasket? Should be easy enough man you got to look to the manufacturer of your dp.

 

yeah but the one that i got from cobalt addiction blew out in like 3 weeks so i want a better one and i cant find one i looked on crate engine depot and they have every gasket except the one i need

 

CED. anthonyss was nice enuf to give me a spare when i needed it. but there cheap anyways. a gasket should last if you put it on rite. if theres a small leak ANY gasket will burn up

 

Send an email at crate engine depot or goto the crate engine depot forum and post that you need the gasket and they will usually find it for you. I had to order one from the dealership... I think it was only like $5 or something.
