Ecu qs

so i got a couple questions bcuz my friend has a program to tune my car....what exactly can i mess with....what settings should i set it at....for the best performance...i have a 2.4L ss cobalt 5 speed....with an intake....theres so much cam lift air fuel etc....help me out with some settings here guys!!! thanks!!

when you get your car from the dealership, your car is tuned to its best potential (for its stock engine)... once you start upgrading (intake, exhaust, headers) your car has "room to improve"... once you've completed a few of those mods you should send you computer to a specialized shop that knows how to tune a 2.4 ss cobalt (HPtuners, Wester's Tune garage, etc.)... you do not need to send your whole car in, just your ecu

programming your car yourself can result in catastrophic results

Shannanigans!!! It's tuned for reliability and emissions, not performance. But it is best to wait until you have I/H/E before getting a custom tune, IMO.

well im tuning it b4 and after h/e...... one timw charge for anytime tune.....just needa know what to adjust
