Engine Grounding Wires?

The other thing I'm wondering. I see these grounding wire kits for sale on several sites. Claiming to stabalize your electrical systems. I've had a few friends tell me that they do good things for several import models, so I'm wondering if grounding the block and other accessory drives would do anything for us. What with our individual plug-in-coil ignition and all I don't know if we would have that much electricity running errant under our hoods anyways.

Just thought I'd put it out there... opinions?

I don't know what these kits are, but the engine block is the ground and everything electical in your car is already grounded to it.
