can we get some financing already

 

I pm'ed hahn and he said just have to wait on the financing part but i hope so cause we all could have a turbo kit then. lol hell on the streets

o yeah and hahn has 241 ft lbs of torque right now so i think the auto can handle more then 230.

 

Jesus you people are impatient. Do you have any idea how complicated setting something like that up can be? He said they're working on it and they'll let everyone know. The kit isn't even available for purchase yet, so financing isn't even an issue yet.

 

I think they might do financing because alot more people will buy the kit then but its hard to do cause then you have to repo it back if they dont pay and all that, + its going to be one big headache.

 

it depends i think what they want to do. somehow theyll think of it. but if they do do something like finance or or something then theyll actually make more then what the kit costs for intrest and stuff.

ryan. yeah it is a headache how would you repo a turbo kit let alone find where it is. its like repoing a sandwhich.

 

idk but i will be at hahn next month and im paying them to install, tune, and dyno it.

 

well im sure they have hptuners. but if they dont you have my file for a good starting point. but if the have hptuners im sure with a wideband. you wont even need my file. theyll make it better by dyno tuning it and tweaking the afrs just right.

yup exactly, i live about what 5-8 hrs from hahn i believe in ohio, if i get the money when sometime next year i might actually just drive over there and wait and have them install it il sleep in my car or stay overnight somewere.

lol good one. yeah from elyria ohio i think its 4 hrs or so to south bend in. then to illinois, maybe 7 or 8 at the most there, then back id say about 5 total with turbo. lol

haha your lucky im like 21 hours from there but i got alot of family up there 15 min from there shop so it will be nice for me i just dont want the 21 hour drive there and 18 hour drive back lol

 

lol yeah if you get that turbo sometime maybe maybe not. im sure itl be amazing. yeah run your car alittle with those mods you told me about itl surely wake up the 2.4 alot from stock. and then if so jump to turbo whew thats a huge ass jump.

o yeah its going to be a big jump + im getting there header,dp, 3" exhaust and the StreetRace Sheetmetal Intake Manifold from them when i buy the kit so its going to be quick and my friend says it will never see 12s so he beated 200$ lol

 

well not with just bolt ones the auto wont at all. and with turbo i dont think itl get 12s either. i might be able to crack 12s but thats hard. i know 13s easily. but if i got cams and pistons then yeah but thats a long shot and not even happenin

i know but all i have to do is hit a 12.9 one time and i got the 200$ and it sucks its auto cause the trans is weak and cant handle a hole lot.

 

acutally not from what hahn says the 2.4 cobalt trans can support quite a bit. but anything over id say 250whp could get alittle pricy and touchy with the gearing and it workin hard. but if you had some money you can get the 12s easy maybe another 6k atleast.

well they said the internal parts of the motor could handle about 450whp but the trans only like 250 so it sucks but i know a guy who had Horsepower @ wheels: 277.00
Torque @ wheels: 257.00
and ran a 12.9 but that was a ss/sc

 

well the scs are runnin 250whp now easy. on stock stuff. yeah the auto trans of the 2.4 would need soem major work i just dont mess with the autos. i know manuals thats about it. well off to bed talk to you later man let me know how things go aswell.

they dont repo it back, hahn already gets the money from the financial institution, then the financial institutioon would hassle you About it and destroy your credit.

 

how much ? This kit may pursuade me into purchasing an SS 2.4 after my lease is up.
