does it come with software for my laptop so i can program from there? if not, how do you adjust it and set your rpms for laugh control etc?

There is a button right on the top of the box that is used to set the launching rpm and also to adjust the length of time that the box reduces power for during no lift shifting. One you adjust with the clutch pedal up the other with it fully depressed.
