injectors ???

Going to throw on a after market intake manifold next week and was wondering if I should go ahead and replace my injectors?? Read somewhere they are maxed out with full bolt ons.. feed back

What is the altitude of your location? Sure, stock injectors are maxed at sea level but at 4000ft running a fully bolted L61 on ethanol I'm only at 80% duty cycle. Altitude has a lot of sway.

This. 400ft is pushing it. LSJ injectors are a safe, cheap upgrade.

Yes, that kind of idc you risk your injectors going static. I am a strong believer in 80% max, but then again I've always been that way, even with finances.

Was fine for 5 years. Had no issues with my car but I get what you're saying. Better safe than sorry. My 60s right now are at 89%

no one really follows that 80% rule. especially not gm. its really more like a guideline that helps injector manufacturers sell the **** out of 1000 cc injectors that cost double that of 80 #ers

my gms2 injectors on my lsj would run over 100% from the factory by 6k rpm. as long as the air to fuel isnt running too lean then your fine
