m62

is the buick m62 the same as cobalt m62 just with different snout?

M62 just denotes the size of the rotors and rotor assembly. MB's also use M62's in some of their CK lines. There are three things that can and will change: the snout (or intake side of the S/C), the length and size of the pulley axle, and the bolt mounting pattern.

M62 is the name of the supercharger. Its not made by a car producer...its made by Eaton..so yea, its the same blower...might have a different snout/shaft like mentioned above

I thought that the buicks ran m90? I know that that the charger off of my moms Rivera was an m90.

some of the older ones had m62's, and i new the snouts were different i just was curious about the bolt pattern and such.
