Muffler Add-on, 3' Flopro V-force, need help!

So my mechanic said he is putting on my muffler this weekend and apparently its a 3' florpro v-force..my question is, since its 3' is it gonna sound raspy?

Just a muffler? No cat-back? I doubt it'll sound raspy. Rasp comes from having a cat-less setup like me.
