My 2.4 build.
Figured there would be more 2.4 guys posting up in this thread considering you should be one of if not the most powerful 2.4 around once you get all that internals work done.
Anyways.... MUSH! FASTER FASTER FASTER!

If you want 15psi make sure you have Solid motor mounts and poly trans mounts. You will for sure need an upgraded clutch, if manual obviously. 15psi is kinda silly considering all you do in 1st and 2nd is spin.
I just noticed where you are from.. I graduated HS in Easton.
What turbo are you running on that kit again? is it the Disco Potato? on 15psi your roughly around the 310bhp range with a 7k redline, 11 AFR, and sea level(which i know your not). Did you ever get it dyno'ed?
You were getting pretty close to the limits as far as airflow on that turbo. If your building it up, i would sell that turbo, buy a GT3071R or GT3076R. It should be a direct replacement.
Your goals are what, 400whp? 500 if possible? Well if you went with a GT3076R, you room above 400whp. To make 400whp at sea level(this is all done by calc, so its close but not exact), with a 7k redline, and an 11.3AFR, you would need to run about 25psi. Thats 440bhp worth of air, on a 2.4ltr engine with a 7k redline at sea level. Its roughly 45.5lb/min of airflow where the GT3076R can support about 50lb/min while staying within the 70% efficiency island. Thats about 485bhp or 425whp with a 12% drive train loss.
EDIT: Crap, i just realized the 3076R only comes in a T3 flange, but the 3071R comes with the T28 exhaust that would be a direct replacement for your GT2860.

I love it. It holds real good, everything I throw at it so far. No slippage. I wouldn't race it every weekend though, it's a kevlar clutch. Hitting the strips every now and then shouldn't be an issue. Pedal feel is like stock, maybe a little springier and a tad earlier catch. I paid $586 for mine and had a local shop install for $500. Used the stock flywheel because the fidanza I purchased was defective. Resurface the flywheel before you reuse it first.
lol the turbo is nothing new... had it on since april 08
