need advice for tune

everyone who got the westers tune done, what did you guys put for the torque management/mpg vs power/shift rpm/trans shifting

i put 75% remove, mpg vs power i went up max on the power,i think since you have the 5 speed the shifting will be a lil different.. email Matt he will help you out.

what did ya'll really gain from that westers tune? Are there any better out there or is that about it. I've been looking for one but I didn't even fine that one. I'm a manager at AAP and have Advance Auto Parts and Keystone even looking for me.
