2 cars around here have them installed. Soon to be mine once I get my head ported and cams.

Rather easy install. Not really needed unless you plan on revving past 7k. Which means the head will be coming off for valvetrain work. At that point, you might as well put pistons in too since all you need to do is drop oil pan.

yeah you can safely hit rev limit with these in from what i understand.. your engine's just gonna vibrate more all around.

would any other mods need to be made such as this one for running the engine up so high, or is this gonna do it for the most part

Stock valves float at 7,400RPM on the LSJ, not too sure on the LE5. So if you want to go more than that, you will need valvesprings and neutral balance shafts.

I would be willing to bet stock cams won't make power that high either, so you might want to look into aftermarket cams. Not needed though, just recommended.

There are hardly any more vibrations. If you have stock mounts, you might notice a little. But both cars around here have aftermarket solid mounts, and no difference was noticed at all with vibrations. Too many people assume otherwise.

I was speaking about the LSJ as far as the valve float. Not sure what the valve float is on the LE5.

The balance shaft install and what not should be the same, very similar block. Vibrations should be the same as well (hardly none).
