O2 sensor readings

Plugged in my torque app. Saw sensor 1 reading .43 v and sensor 2 reading .03 v. Is that normal, a bad sensor, or a bad cat? No CELs either. Thank you

At idle? Completely normal. At WOT you should be looking for between .86-.87v or 860-875milivolts

You shouldnt even look at the voltage when WOT...not accurate.

Why even have an o2 sensor? Saying that you shouldnt tune with a narrowband is one thing, saying that they are inaccurate is another. o2 mv tuning on NA v8's is probably the single most common practice on LS1tech. lol
