oil pressure gauge question ??

Hi! I will install my oil pressure gauge this week and I know I need to place it on the block to read the right pressure.

My question is, when I'll replace the stock pressure unit on the head, do I need to splice the electrical wiring to a new place or will I have enough long of wiring to run It to the new emplacement (the head) ??

And if I need to cut the stock electric harness and mount it to a new place, where would be the best place ?

Thanks for the help guys!!

There is a how-to on here, You need an adapter Gm sender comes out and you leave the GM wiring alone. Takes like 2 min
