Exclamation Question for all 2.4 SC!!! Come here please!

I'm thinking of going SC. I have a 2006 2.4 SS with CAI, badmab header, lsj dp, and magnaflow muffler.

My car is a DD and will remain if I go SC so my question is, will the SC setup remain reliable?

I founded on the site some complete kit to sell and I know I'll need a tune. I founded a guy who can do a trifecta tune.

I'll drive the car in the winter and temperature here can fall at -30C. I don't want to always have check engine light and all sort of problem.

If you guys tell me it could be done to have something really reliable, strong and np christmas lights tree in the car (aka check engine) I will go SC.

Waiting for all your input and help! Thank you!

It'll be as reliable as you make it. If you try and run a ton of boost you'll probably have issues. It shouldn't be an issue though with a more mild setup

With an 06 2.4 you will have no problem with how much boost the M62 makes.

Im on a 2.8 pulley on my 2.2 and it runs great. (going on at least 3 months now of hard beating)

I wouldn't be concerned about reliability unless the build is half assed. If the car has been well maintained then I wouldn't worry. Treat it the same way you want it to treat you.

^ That. Beat it enough and it will break.

Be mindful of the road you're about to floor it on. One wise thing to remember is that boosting on a bumpy road can cause a blown transmission. Or worse. It's just simple things like that to remember.
