11whp on a Mustang dyno?!?!?! That better be one hell of an exhaust!!!!!! Especially since you've already replaced the smallest pipe, which means you should be 2.5" all the way through. Even with header, high flow cat or cat delete.....WOW, that ambitious. Good luck...

full exhaust= header, downpipe w/high flow cat, along with the already 2.5" exhaust. While already having a tune its not out of the question to gain that much, specially with the supporting mods ie: intake, and axleback.

well between my Injen SRI and Westers ECU--I picked up 0.2 and 2 mph.

Hp I gained? Don't know--perhaps 10?

its just that you, like many other people, are lazy to research theirown topics... to save you some time of annoying other people, you can go here... it has a whole list of the upgrade available for the sunfire, which run the same engine as the cobalts

First let me say that the whole "stage kit" means nothing in the greater aspect of things. Stages are used by companies to try and distinguish differences between their kits but basically, the lower the number, the less it has in their kit which is usually the wrong direction you want to go. Like someone said before, there is no current kit available to purchase for your motor so your only option is to make a custom setup. If you want to learn more on how to build your own kit, read How To: Build Your Own ECOTEC Turbo Kit.

I will say right now you sound confussed as far as what direction you want to go in. If you want a turbo, there is no need to buy an intake cause it's going to get replaced. I would first figure out if you were to turbocharger your vehicle, do you have the means and knowledge to set it up properly, maintain it and fix something if problems do come about.

An PCM reflash, I wouldn't really get yet till you figure out what you want out of your car just yet.

I will say this, no one can truely answer your "how much hp gains" question. It's an impossible question to answer. Each motor reacts differently to each setup even if it's the same setup.

If you need any further help, you can contact me or respond here.

Dude, calm down. It's something that you have to expect from a car forum or any forum. It's a place to learn and you have to expect someone isn't going to know something or know less than others. You my homie and all but just gotta take it down a notch.
