If u idle for a while without moving anywhere or arent moving very fast or much at all your temp will increase to about that area. So I think it may just be normal.

yes that is normal...your car has a 190 degree thermostat so when your moving the temp will stay alittle above 190..when your idling there is no air moving through the radiator.. I think that the cooling fan kicks on around 218 degrees.. When you are using the air conditioning or the defrost "using the compressor" the fan runs then entire time, but there is a low speed and a high speed stage. High speed stage kicks in around 200 degrees when the compressor is being used...

Your car should be fine as long as your temp never gets above 240..
In short...yes thats normal!!!..

Mine does it too. Its normal. 220 would cause me some worry, but not till 230 then i would be scared.

Yea, the car can idle and get hot, I'm hope to change the way the E'fans engage to a lower temp so it prevents that.
