I realize that most people here will only get a tune after some mods have been put on the car, but would there be any benefits to getting a tune on a stock car?

Would the ability to lean or richen the fuel trim and set and different parameters for the car be a benefit without any sort of mods?

you will notice a bit on a stock car..you'd be eliminating that stupid torque management and you could maybe throw some more timming into it...but other wise imo not worth it till u get a few solid N/A mods.
